The joys of running your own business, working from home, no boss and in control of your own destiny are worth the hard work and risk.

Unfortunately many people who start their new business find that they reach a point where it becomes difficult, if not impossible, to grow their business to the level they had envisaged.

There are lots of free resources to help with understanding marketing and business growth, but the success you seek sill remains elusive.

It’s not the how that is difficult, it is the internal fears, doubts and limitations that prevent your business growing successfully.

The approach used by Springcliffe Coaching to grow your business, is not about business plans, sales and marketing etc., though these are of course very important, it is focused on personal development, changing you from the inside out. Finding out why you behave the way you do, why you do the things you do and don’t do the things you should do, why you procrastinate and stop short every time. Then we fix it!

How does it work?

Together we find out exactly how you want your business to be, then we write a goal.

Then we move to uncovering and understanding what is that is stopping you.

Beliefs.

We all have beliefs that we are aware of consciously, we also have beliefs that lie in the unconscious mind. There are those which are helpful, and those which prevent us from achieving what we want. Together we develop beliefs which support you in reaching your goals.

Values.

Our Values drive our behaviour. We have values we would like more of in our lives. (Moving toward values) and values we would like less of in our lives (moving away values)

An example could be Success as a moving towards Value, and Rejection as a moving away Value. Think about a moving towards value as ‘pleasure', and moving away from as ‘pain’. So in this example you would be moving toward Success and away from, or avoiding, Rejection. The sad fact is that we all invest more time and effort in avoiding pain than gaining pleasure. So the fear of rejection is usually the winner. So we end up missing opportunities for more business by avoiding the pain of rejection.

Together we look at your Values, how they affect your business and create a value structure for success.


What you focus on is what you get, whether you want it or not.

You find out how that works, what can stop you and how you can get what you want, rather than want you don’t want.
